The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, it is just for the court below to find the defendant guilty of all the charges except for the violation of the Medical Service Act due to false preparation of medical records among the charges in this case, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles on legitimate acts and emergency evacuation under Articles 21(1) and 22(3) of the Medical Service Act.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
