However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Meteptop clopty (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. On January 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) transferred the price of KRW 900,000 to the bank account (Account Number: H) of G name-based account designated by the Korea Bank D Financial Center in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by the seller of his/her name-free pen (Ephone “F”); (b) around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased the penphone by means of finding approximately 1g of the penphone, which was concealed in advance by the above in advance by the person who was on the side of the Dora stairs located at a location below the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul), and (c) purchased approximately KRW 50,000,000 in total from the day to April 29, 2018 by the above method as shown in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones respectively.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On January 23, 2018, the Defendant administered a philopon in a manner that 0.25g clopon in water at the Defendant’s residence located in the 23:00 Gyeongwon-gu I and the 3rd floor, on January 23, 2018.

B. On April 25, 2018, the Defendant administered a scopon medication in a manner that 0.25g of copon in the water at around 22:00 of the above Defendant’s residence, around April 25, 2018.

On April 29, 2018, the Defendant administered a philophone on April 29, 2018, using approximately 0.25 g (0.25 g) a philophone in the residence of the above Defendant at around 22:00 on April 29, 2018.
