1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 40,00,000 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from May 31, 2014 to October 21, 2016; and (b) October 22, 2016.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on April 9, 2014, lent KRW 40,000,000 to the Defendant on the due date for payment on May 30, 2014. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a loan of KRW 40,00,000,000, and delay damages therefor.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
