The criminal defendant was punished for drinking or unlicensed driving, etc. since he/she was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for committing a crime such as an escape vehicle, drunk driving, etc. around 2004. In particular, even though he/she was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for four months due to a licensed driving on July 8, 2010, he/she was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year on October 5, 2012. Since he/she again was sentenced to a sentenced sentence of one year for a suspended sentence of one year, he/she again was sentenced to a fine on October 5, 2012.
