On October 14, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, including brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic, at the Seoul Central District Court sentenced on one-year imprisonment to two years, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 22 of the same year, and is currently under suspended sentence. The Defendant operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name, such as “G”, “H”, “I”, etc., along with F (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day). The Defendant was working for a sexual traffic business establishment at that place.

J has maintained friendship.

Around April 8, 2017, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the above J on the Aircraft L (hereinafter referred to as “the instant officetel”) of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building L (hereinafter referred to as “the instant officetel”) to be used as a commercial sex business establishment by requesting the above F and the above J to enter into the name of the J and preparing a place to be used as a commercial sex business establishment, such as monthly rent, etc. through J to pay the monthly rent of 2 million won, by inserting the advertisement to the “M, etc.,” etc., which is an Internet commercial sex business site, and recruited to operate the commercial sex business establishment, which has reported to be in contact with the female sex business

Around April 23, 2017, the Defendant and F received 1.60,00 won in cash from male customers who had no knowledge of the name that the Defendant and F had N, a female female of sexual traffic reported the advertisement, and had the said N provide sexual intercourse between the first patrolman on April 2017 and the above Sim on April 23, 2017, by allowing the said NN to receive 1.60,00 won from male customers.

As a result, the defendant conspireds with F to engage in commercial sex acts such as brokerage.
