1. The Defendant’s payment order for the purchase price of goods against the Plaintiff is issued by the Changwon District Court, Changwon-nam District Court, 2018 tea and 1848.

Reasons

1. The purport that compulsory execution based on the above payment order shall not be allowed, inasmuch as the Defendant’s claim for the price of goods against the Plaintiff, which is the cause of the claim for the payment order indicated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition of the Claim, does not exist due to the lapse of the extinctive prescription period of three years.
