However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Around 18:40 on June 15, 2015, the Defendant insultd the victim publicly by publicly expressing the following sound: “The victim E, the chief engineer of the Busan Jin-gu Police Station D District, who was in the position of the Busan Jin-gu Police Station, after receiving a report that the Defendant did not pay the drinking value, shall ask the Defendant whether the Defendant would pay the drinking value after making a report to F, the main business owner of the D District of the Busan Jin-gu Police Station D, the Busan Jin-gu Police Station, who was in the position of the said F and the main customer’s hearing.”
