1. On August 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim C was aware of the fact that he/she had kept goods in a warehouse located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun (hereinafter “victim’s warehouse”); and (b) leased a warehouse located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon (hereinafter “temporary warehouse”) in order to temporarily store stolen goods, with the intent to steal it; and (c) borrowed 1 ton of the said goods from E around 16:00 on August 17, 2017; and (d) leased the warehouse located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon (hereinafter “temporary warehouse”).

Around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant used one item in front of the warehouse to cut off the said cargo, and destroyed and damaged two strings and strings to the front door of the warehouse, using one item in front of the warehouse, and then parked in the warehouse by breaking up the said cargo, and parked in the warehouse after the vehicle breaking up in front of the said cargo, six roof of the instant cargo vehicle owned by the victim, six roof of the steel-frame framed tent, 400 Gampis, a support stand for the steel pelle tent, 70 Gamble, a total of KRW 1,650,000,000 in the market value of the said cargo vehicle, including 1,650,000 won in the said temporary warehouse, and then parked in the said cargo vehicle in front of the said victim by driving it again, and then parked in the said cargo vehicle in the same way as the said cargo vehicle and then parked in the aggregate of the market value of the pipe 1280,00,000 won.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the entrance and intruded into the warehouse of the victim, and stolen the total amount of 16,530,000 won of the market price.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle;

Nevertheless, on August 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on the road in front of the H office of the Defendant’s operation (ju) located in Geumsan-gun G, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) on the land of Myanmar, the Defendant entered the mar number on the land of Myanmar with a fluorial pent, and operates the registration number plate of the E cargo vehicle to each warehouse described in paragraph (1).
