Punishment of the crime
No person shall reclaim or incinerate wastes in any place other than a waste disposal facility permitted, approved, or reported.
그럼에도, 피고인은 2013. 8. 28.경 부산 부산진구 개금동 소재 번지를 알 수 없는 단독주택 공사현장에서 발생한 폐토석 등 사업장 폐기물 약 60t을 부산 강서구 B 소재 C 소유의 답(畓)에 불법 투기하였다.
