1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 718,553,984 and KRW 180,193,744 among them, from July 2, 2014.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”: (a) a claim against Defendant A by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act); (b) a claim against Defendant B by public notice (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
