On May 19, 2018, at around 18:30, the Defendant assaulted 130 in the position of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, Seoul, on the ground that the Defendant requested the victim C (28 years of age) to enter the victim’s alternative compensation who was early at the early stage, but did not enter the request, such as 10 times the back of the victim’s back-to-door compensation.
