1. The Defendants: (a) each of the Plaintiff KRW 222,914,90; and (b) Defendant B from July 17, 2014; and (c) Defendant C from August 2014.

Reasons

1. A claim for damages arising from a joint tort in collusion by the Defendants to indicate the claim and a claim for the performance of a claim for damages incurred from a joint tort in which the Defendants deceptioned the Plaintiff from September 27, 2013 to May 2014 and acquired a total of KRW 222,914,900 from the Plaintiff, and damages incurred therefrom.
