1. The defendant shall pay 45,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 12, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. As to the claim for promissory note payment between the original Defendant indicating the claim, the Seoul Central District Court 2005da25210 decided in favor of the Plaintiff, but the claim is filed for the extension of the prescription due to the imminent expiration of the statute of limitations;
