1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from August 1, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. From June 10, 2013 to January 1, 2014, the Plaintiff leased a total of KRW 40,000 to the Defendant, which led to the instant claim due to the Defendant’s failure to repay.
