A. On April 5, 1914, the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”) was considered under the name of J on April 5, 1914, and the registration for ownership preservation was completed pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3562) on May 15, 1985. The registration for ownership transfer was completed under the name of K on February 24, 1986 under the receipt of receipt No. 1410 of the Suwon District Court Yang Pyeong-gu Office on February 24, 1986. L died on April 15, 2014, and the Defendant, the husband, inherited the inherited property solely by the Defendant.

B. M purchased 1/3 shares from J on January 15, 1948 among 2,982 N of Gyeonggi-gun N, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership under received No. 811 on July 26, 1957.O purchased all of the above shares from M on February 26, 1964 and completed the registration of transfer of ownership under received No. 2366 on June 2, 1964.

Meanwhile, on March 17, 1988, the area of 4,380 square meters prior to the Gyeonggi-si N was divided into 2,883 square meters and 2,595 square meters prior to the Gyeonggi-si P, Yangyang-gun P, and the area of 2,883 square meters prior to the said P (hereinafter “the adjoining land of this case”), the ownership transfer registration under the name was completed on March 24, 198 by the Suwon District Court Yangyang-si registry office as the receipt of 4376 on March 24, 198, while the Plaintiff C donated the adjoining land from theO on May 6, 1994, and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the adjoining land of this case as the receipt of No. 7097 on May 7, 1994.

O cultivated while occupying the instant land and the instant neighboring land from June 2, 1964 to June 1, 2008. On June 1, 2008, Plaintiff A and other Plaintiffs, who were wife, inherited inherited property as the corresponding inheritance shares listed in the attached inheritance shares table. Plaintiff C occupied and cultivated the instant land from the date of death to the date of death.
