Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B and the Defendants jointly run the “G” entertainment tavern in Jeju CityF from around 2011.
around August 2012, the victim H received KRW 8 million from the Defendants as a prepaid payment, and became an employee of the said entertainment drinking house.
On August 19, 2012, the Defendants: (a) demanded the victim to prepare a loan certificate stating that he/she borrowed KRW 10 million from the victim; and (b) demanded the victim to borrow KRW 19 million on or around March 19, 2014, despite having received full repayment from the victim; and (c) demanded the victim to borrow KRW 19 million.
While the Defendants urged the victim to pay the advance payment, the Defendants received 10,000 won in advance from I who was found as a customer on August 2012 to I and so-called "second" from the victim as the sexual traffic expense, and when the victim refused to pay the advance payment, the Defendants threatened the victim to "whether he would be paid the advance payment, whether he would be paid the advance payment, and whether he would be done nason to the food room at home," and caused the victim to have the above I and sexual intercourse from the bank room in K in the Jeju court at the Jeju city of Jeju, and between March 4, 2013 to March 4, 2013, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).
As a result, the Defendants conspired to cause the victim to engage in the conduct of selling sex by intimidation.
2. Defendant C is a person who operates an entertainment drinking house 'M’ entertainment drinking club and 'O’ entertainment drinking club in Jeju.
On March 2014, the victim received 12 million won from the defendant as a pre-paid deposit from the defendant and became an employee of the defendant.
Around August 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated that the said O entertainment drinking club will resign from the victim; and (b) entered the victim’s room for the said entertainment drinking club.
