1. The defendant shall pay 120,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 30, 2009 to the day of complete payment.
1. On June 21, 2008, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 120 million to the Defendant as of August 31, 2008, KRW 70 million with the due date set as of March 31, 2009, respectively.
The Plaintiff received a payment order from the above court on December 18, 2009, “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 120 million won and 20% interest per annum from December 30, 2009 to the day of full payment,” and the above payment order became final and conclusive.
The plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription against the above payment order.
