1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall arrange for exchange or exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.
1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint criminal conduct act, as the operator of F in the Southern-gu E and the third floor of Ulsan-gu, and as the employee employed by the above Party A, expressed that Defendant B and the employee was willing to engage in the illegal game site by exercising overall control over the business of the game room, exchange, etc.
The Defendants conspired as above from December 5, 2018 to March 20, 2019, in collusion with the aforementioned Defendants, set up 40 game machines from the above F to offer them for use by unspecified customers, and calculated the points obtained through the said game machine as 10% per unit, and conducted money exchange business.
2. Defendant C and Defendant D’s joint criminal conduct act as a manager of F in Nam-gu E and the third floor of Ulsan-gu, and Defendant D conspiredd to engage in an illegal game site by exercising overall control over the game room business, exchange, etc., and Defendant D, under employment of the above C, intended to act as an employee in a way in charge of giving guidance on the customer’s character, exchange, etc.
As above, from March 20, 2019 to June 3, 2019, Defendants conspired with the aforementioned Defendants to set up 40 game machines from the above F to offer them to unspecified customers for use, and calculated the points obtained through the said game machine as 10% per unit, and conducted money exchange business.
