except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On February 28, 2015, between around 03:00 and around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) stolen cash that the victim D operated by the victim D; (b) did not appear to be the victim; and (c) invaded into the restaurant through the restaurant window and opened the theater in the camera; and (d) did not have cash.

2. From March 17, 2015 to 03:00 on March 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen cash to the H restaurant operated by the injured party G located in F of the Busan Western-gu; (b) invaded into the restaurant through the restaurant window; and (c) opened the cream in the cream and opened it in cash, but there was no cash.

3. On March 17, 2015, between around 03:00 and around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) stolen cash to H cafeteria operated by the victim J of the Busan Y; (b) stolen cash; (c) went into a restaurant through a restaurant window; and (d) opened the gate in the cafeteria and stolen cash owned by the victim.

4. From March 25, 2015 to 03:00 on March 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen cash to a cafeteria operated by the victim L, which is located in the Busan west-gu; and (b) opened a cafeteria by intrusion into the cafeteria through the cafeteria and opened it in the cafeteria, but there was no cash.

5. On April 2, 2015, at around 05:49, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a restaurant operated by the victim’s O located in the Busan YY-gu, through a restaurant, and opened a cream and a credit cooperative with which the cream and the keys in the cater were posted, respectively, and stolen the money owned by the victim with KRW 2.70,000 in cash.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure at night over five times in total, and stolen or attempted to steals property.
