A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
The number No. 3 of the seized list shall be forfeited from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
"2012 Highest 6315"
1. Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics (hereinafter the same shall apply), on April 28, 2012, the Defendant was transferred KRW 3 million from D to the bank account in the name of E (the birth of the Defendant).
On May 2012, the Defendant: (a) parked in the vicinity of the G University located in Geung-gu Geung-si F, Young-si; and (b) opened approximately 10 g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs contained in vinyl domina (hereinafter referred to as “clickphone”); and (c) opened approximately 10 g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs contained in vinyl domina (hereinafter referred to as “cophophone”).
Accordingly, the defendant traded 10g 3 million won of philophone to D.
2. On May 2012, the Defendant: (a) obtained Samsung Galthais in the dwelling area of the Defendant No. 110, 701, the H building 110-dong H building 701, the market price of Samsung 880,000,000 won from D; and (b) opened approximately three glopphones contained in vinyl bags.
Accordingly, the Defendant sold 3g of philophones to D with 880,000 won.
3. From May 2012 to Jun. 2012, 2012, D sent 12.5 million won to the name in Busan bus terminal located in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City bus terminal”) in disguisedly using express bus baggage.
The defendant, on the same day, concealed approximately 50 g of the opon phone in the express bus baggage, sent it to the Dong Seoul High-speed Bus Terminal, and around 23:00 on the same day, D had D find the opon phone from the Dong Seoul High-speed Bus Terminal.
Accordingly, the Defendant sold 50g philophones to D in KRW 12.5 million.
4. On June 13, 2012, the Defendant traded approximately 50 g of 11,50,000 philopon to D from the mutual influenite telecom in Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu.
5. Around 23:00 on July 19, 2012, the Defendant traded approximately KRW 50g of 11,50,000 of philopon to D from the cross-defluence in Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
6. On August 2, 2012, around 02:10, the Defendant traded approximately KRW 30 g of 10,200,000,000, from 4:300,000,000,000,000,000.
