The plaintiff is a legally married couple who completed the marriage report on February 17, 1992, and has three children.

Around 202, the Defendant provided with C and Makao Stockholm messages to the effect that “A, even at the latest from July 2009 to December 2019, even with knowledge that C is a spouse, with knowledge that C is a person with his/her spouse, would have a close meeting or would have a Kakao Kakao Stockholm message to the effect that “A, with knowledge of his/her spouse, would have a close meeting”, and that C would have a trip several times at the latest.

(1) In light of the above legal principles, the Defendant committed an unlawful act by maintaining an influence relationship with the Plaintiff and C even though he/she is aware that he/she is a spouse, in light of the aforementioned legal principles, the health room in this case and the facts acknowledged earlier, in light of the overall purport of the pleadings as seen earlier, the Defendant committed an influence by maintaining an influence relationship. Such unlawful act by the Defendant is against the Plaintiff and C’s community life or interfere with its maintenance, and is the Plaintiff’s spouse.
