1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,350,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 4, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(The plaintiff reduced the amount of the claim as stated in Paragraph (1) of this Article, and the creditor's "creditor" and "debtor" shall be deemed to be the plaintiff, and the defendant's "defendant" shall be deemed to be the defendant.
