1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 10% per annum from December 17, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 24 million, calculated from July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2014, based on a decision in lieu of the conciliation in the Land Use Fee case of this Court No. 99Da39362 against the Defendant. The Plaintiff obtained the title to receive the money calculated at the rate of KRW 250,000 per month from December 1, 2002 to December 250.
