1. On the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant),
A. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) B is also an appraisal in the attached Form No. 1 of the real estate listed in the attached Table.
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. On April 20, 2015, the Plaintiff purchased land and buildings for land E and ground stable (six Dongs) (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff-owned land” and “building owned by the Plaintiff,” collectively referred to as “real estate owned by the Plaintiff”) in North-gu, North-si, North-si, North-si, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its own future. On September 20, 2016, the Plaintiff is an owner who purchased land owned by the Plaintiff and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its own future. Around September 2016, the Plaintiff is running the said business after obtaining permission for the comprehensive waste recycling business (a set of land joints by using sewage disposal sewage, etc.
Defendant B is the owner of the land listed in the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”); and Defendant C is the owner of the land listed in the attached Table No. 2 (hereinafter “instant land”).
