Nevertheless, from April 2017, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle’s pipeline without being registered as “C camping car” in Yangsan-si, and operated a motor vehicle’s pipeline around June 2017, the Defendant, who was paid money from D, a customer, and was in his/her possession, installed a residential space (one camp) for camping, which enables be placed on the loading box of the 1 ton truck, which is his/her possession. From July 2017, the Defendant installed a camp in the above manner to put the camp on the loading box of the 1 ton truck.

Accordingly, the defendant did not register with the competent authority and carried out a motor vehicle management business.
