The "Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M& 287m2" shall be put to an auction and the remainder after deducting the auction cost from the sale price.

Reasons

According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7, the plaintiff and the defendants shared "Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M& 287m2" as shown in the attached sheet "the details of share ownership" (the network N, a co-owner of the real estate registration, died on September 17, 201, and jointly succeeded to the deceased's public land by Defendant E, F, and G, a sibling, on September 17, 201). The method of division did not lead to an agreement by all co-owners, and the fact that it is impossible to divide in kind or might be considerably reduced in value due to the division is acknowledged.
