1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 50,000,000 won and each year from February 7, 2015 to July 16, 2016.

Reasons

1. On November 6, 2014, the Plaintiff used the loan of KRW 50 million to Defendant B at a rate of 20% per annum under Defendant C’s joint and several sureties. The Plaintiff sought payment of the principal and interest on the loan.
