1. The defendant shall pay 27,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 12, 2005 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, "creditor" shall be deemed "Plaintiff", and "debtor" shall be deemed "Defendant": Provided, That in the rate of delay damages, the agreed interest rate shall be 60% per annum or 2.0% by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
