Defendant

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business operator, who violated the National Sports Promotion Act by the Defendants, shall issue sports promotion betting tickets or similar things and offer property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting results;

The Defendants: (a) managed the website by creating a private gambling site operation program; (b) the Defendants recruited participants in Korea and solicited them to jointly operate the gambling site in a way of raising money; (c) from the end of November 2012 to the end of May 8, 2013, the online private sports promotion betting tickets in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, established “D,” and (d) up to 400 persons subscribed as members of the above site while using “E” in its domain name; and (d) the Defendants subscribed 40 persons as members of the above site; (c) predicted 50,000 won per game, such as livestock games and other domestic and foreign sports events, such as a stable, farm and camping district, and so on, five minutes prior to the opening of the games; and (d) made 1,500,000 won a maximum amount of money from 1,50,000 won per game to the designated persons; and (d) made 1,500,000 won a refund to those who actually paid money.
