건물인도
1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver two-story housing units 97.12 square meters among the real estate listed in the attached list;
(b) 3,720,000 won;

On August 6, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the two-story housing of 97.12 square meters, among the buildings listed in the attached Table list, to the Defendant as KRW 5,00,000, KRW 600,00 per month; (b) management expenses; and (c) from August 6, 2015, KRW 20,00 per month; and (d) from August 6, 2015, the Defendant did not pay a rent; (b) on the grounds of the Defendant’s nonperformance, the said lease contract is terminated and the Defendant seeks to pay the name of the said building, overdue rent, and management expenses.
2. Judgment made based on the deemed confession based on the basis of recognition (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
