1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 27,558,583 and KRW 21,047,628 among them, from July 1, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no basis (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Part partially dismissed: Provided, That the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 pursuant to the amended provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. (amended on September 25, 2015) shall apply, and the portion of the claim that exceeds the scope shall be dismissed.
