1. Facts of recognition;
A. On August 14, 2008, G entered the sales contract between the Defendant and G into a sales contract with the content that the purchase price shall be KRW 5,762,00,000 on the I forest land (around 19,869 square meters or only the lot number shall be specified with the same Ri land; hereinafter, the same shall apply) 65,684 square meters (around 19,869 square meters or only with the same Ri land) in Namyang-si, Nam-si, Namyang-si, and KRW 576,20,00 out of the down payment, KRW 2,304,80,00 in the contract, and the intermediate payment shall be KRW 2,304,80,000 in the contract, December 16, 2008, and the remainder amount shall be paid on April 15, 2009.
