The defendant shall deliver the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 to the plaintiff.
B. The Defendant on April 1, 2017, to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim is as shown in attached Form 2;
(However, from April 1, 2017 to the date the delivery is completed, the part of the claim for delay damages of KRW 8,000,000 per month constitutes a lawsuit for future performance, and thus, the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is not applicable, and it is dismissed).
