1. The Defendant’s KRW 120,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from August 27, 2015 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. As to the judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act), the interest rate on delay damages from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
