Reasons
In full view of the purport of the entire arguments presented by the Plaintiff, it is reasonable to deem that the Plaintiff’s obligation to pay money based on the payment order in the case 2016j21 was completely extinguished upon the Plaintiff’s deposit.
Therefore, compulsory execution based on the original copy of the above payment order against the plaintiff should be denied as it is illegal.
The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
