2. On August 8, 2011, the Defendant deposited KRW 270,000 from H to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of the above E, and sold approximately 0.14g gramphones to H in the Defendant’s vehicle parked in front of the bus terminal in Scheon-si 69 Samcheon-si, 000 on August 9, 201.
3. On February 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,00 from I in the Defendant’s car set up in front of the Gyeongnam National Institute of Science and Technology in Jinju-si, Jinju-si; and (b) sold approximately 0.03 grams of philophones.
4. Around 16:00 on May 20, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 from I on the street side of the oil station in the J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of 10,00, and sold 0.03 gramphonephonephones.

1. On May 1, 201, the Defendant: (a) parked in front of G building at the early 14:00, sold to D approximately 0.5g of Metepia (hereinafter “One-time Handphone”) a psychotropic drug, which was psychotropic drugs located in a single-use injection machine, after receiving KRW 200,000 from D within the car of the Defendant parked in front of G building at the early 14:00.
2. On June 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) parked in front of the above G G building, received KRW 100,000 from D, and sold approximately 0.1g of philophones contained in the one-time injection machine to D, and sold them.
3. On June 1, 201, the Defendant is located in Jinju-dong at Jinju-si, around 17:00.
