For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted Defendants on the charges of the Defendants on the ground that there was no proof of crime.

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court did not err in its judgment by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on major business assets in the crime of trade secrets and occupational breach of trust under Article 2 subparag. 2 of the former Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act (amended by Act No. 11963, Jul. 30, 2013).

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
