A. On September 22, 2017, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 173,00,00 to the Defendant at an annual interest rate of KRW 7.8%, interest rate of arrears rate of KRW 10.8% per annum, and period of redemption of KRW 63 months. From October 20, 2018, the Defendant delayed the repayment of the principal and interest of loans from October 20, 2018 and lost the benefit of May 9, 2019. The principal and interest of this case remains as of September 3, 2019. The fact that the principal and interest of this case remains KRW 65,939,274 (amount of KRW 61,839,371 + interest or delay delay damages + KRW 4,09,903) or is not disputed between the parties, or can be recognized by comprehensively taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings in the evidence A (including the serial number) as set forth in subparagraphs 1 through 3.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 65,939,274 won of the remaining principal and interest, and 61,839,371 won of the principal, calculated at the rate of 10.8% per annum on the overdue interest rate from September 6, 2019 to the day of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
