1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 75,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from August 30, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”.
2. Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts stipulate only the purport that an objection shall be raised against the payment order in a written objection filed by Defendant C while filing an objection to the payment order following the Plaintiff’s request. No dispute over the Plaintiff’s assertion is indicated. Since the above Defendant did not appear on the date of pleading without complying with the recommendation for correction demanding specific arguments, all of the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to confession (see Supreme Court Decision 89Meu4045, Jul. 25, 1989).
