A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Cnua car.
1. Around March 21, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driven the Defendant’s vehicle at a section of about 2 km in front of the monthly 2km village in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, Busan-do, in a state of under the influence of alcohol of 0.172% of blood alcohol concentration on March 1, 2015.

On March 1, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven the said water leakage vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.172% under the influence of alcohol around March 21, 2015, and proceeded along the two-lanes from the right side of the normal distance to the second two-lane from the right side of the horizontal distance, in order to drive the said water leakage vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.172%.
Since there is a signal, there was a duty of care to safely drive a person engaged in driving service by reducing speed and accurately operating the steering and brake system.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to operate the operation system and failed to properly operate the operation system under the influence of alcohol, and caused the victim D(W, 33) who was in the front of the above vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the Defendant’s driving, to shock the back part of the EM vehicle driven by the victim D(W, 33) who was in the same direction, and caused the said EM vehicle to shock the FM car in front of the vehicle in front of it, and thereby led the FM car in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of it.
As a result, the Defendant driving the said short-term car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to influence of drinking, resulting in the injury of the victim D, such as the cerebral lele, which requires approximately three weeks of treatment, and the injury of the victim H, such as the fluoral salt, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
