The defendant is a person who drives B rocketing another car.
On May 5, 2013, at around 22:42, the Defendant driven the said car at about 10km away from May 5, 2013 to the front side of the Dong-dong, Gwangju Mine-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Gwangju, with the alcohol concentration of 0.219%.
