Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

A. The Defendant is a school juristic person established to maintain and manage C University and other educational institutions.

The Plaintiff is a graduate student who has majored in politics at the D University in the United Kingdom and completed regular registration after entering a doctoral degree course at a graduate school in English, English, and English in 2012 (hereinafter “instant graduate school”).

B. On March 15, 2012, E, the main professor in the English and English language of the instant graduate school, recommended on March 15, 2012, the president of the instant graduate school as the Plaintiff’s leader, who was the Plaintiff’s leader, the F in the field of “constition.”

On April 10, 2012, the graduate school of this case appointed F as the Plaintiff’s leader on the recommendation.

C. The Plaintiff: (a) around two semesters in 2012, G, a professor of English English law, who is a professor of English law, is assigned his/her guidance professor; and (b) requested the change of guidance professor; (c) but rejected G’s request.

D. From January 2012 to January 201, 2014, the Plaintiff attended the following classes at the graduate school of this case.

E. The Plaintiff’s two semesters (two semesters for the Plaintiff) in the English teaching materials study in 2012 among G professor classes, and the Plaintiff’s one semester in 2013.
