1. The defendant shall pay 3,400,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from July 24, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons

2. The guidance of Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment without holding any pleadings) - the rate of delay damages to be reduced from 20% to 15% reflects the amendments of the Acts and subordinate statutes.
