1. The Plaintiff’s respective appeals against the Defendants and the Defendants’ appeals are all dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be individually counted.
The court's explanation on the instant case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus cite it as it is by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified within the above scope of recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just, and each appeal by the plaintiff against the defendants and the appeal by the defendants are dismissed as it is without merit. The costs of appeal are assessed against each party. It is so decided as per Disposition.
