Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such an automobile shall not be operated.
Nevertheless, at around 21:10 on June 15, 2019, the Defendant made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate in a way that sets a white spring on the back of a DNA car owned in front of Dongcheon-si B.
