The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the record, the court below was just in finding the Defendant not guilty on the ground that there was no proof of the crime of occupational breach of trust among the facts charged in the instant case, and there was no error of law by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence and exceeding the bounds of the logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
