1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Among the buildings listed in the attached list, each point is indicated in the attached list (1), (2), (3), (4), and (1);
1. The Defendant, on October 21, 2007, leased the part of the building indicated in the order owned by the Plaintiff from the Plaintiff as deposit money of KRW 4,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 120,000, and the period of two years. Around that time, while occupying and using the said part of the building, the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract by failing to pay the rent from March 28, 201. As such, the Defendant is obligated to order the said part of the building to the Plaintiff and pay the overdue rent of KRW 120,000 per month from March 28, 201 to the completion date of delivery of the said part.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
