차용금
1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 60,000,000 and its KRW 40,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,000,000 from July 1, 2012.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. On July 1, 2012, the Plaintiff partially dismissed claims payment of interest of KRW 20,00,000 per annum from July 1, 2012. There is no evidence to acknowledge the fact that there was an agreement to pay interest on the above borrowed money. According to the evidence No. 2, the Plaintiff’s loan of KRW 20,00,000 to the Defendant and the payment period was set on July 31, 2012 is recognized. Accordingly, the claim for interest payment prior to the payment period was rejected as there is no ground.
