1. The defendant shall pay the plaintiff's successor 138,064,450 won and 111,801,806 won among them to the plaintiff's successor.
Reasons
1. Claim by a participant in the plaintiff's succession
(a)the indication of claims - as shown in the reasons for the claims;
- The Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor was transferred from the Plaintiff on September 16, 2020, the claim as stated in the ground of the claim in the separate sheet during the instant lawsuit.
B. Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(1)1 of the Civil Procedure Act, a judgment without a pleading
2. The plaintiff's claim was transferred to the intervenor who succeeded to the above claim, and thus the plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
