A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Seized Nos. 2, 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 24, and 116 shall be confiscated.
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 3, 2014, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, and around August 22:53, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went into the residence of the victim C, 1406, the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building D; (b) opened through the window of the victim D; and (c) was attempted by opening a door door to the wind discovered by the victim and exposing the stolen articles.
2. A thief: (a) around November 27, 2014, the Defendant came to a thief with a single unit of G KON at the market price of KRW 8 million owned by the victim F, which was parked in the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Officetel Etel parking lot.
From around that time to February 2015, the Defendant stolen property worth at least KRW 13,50,000,00 of the market price owned by the victims from Japan within Seoul Special Metropolitan City on five occasions, such as the sequence Nos. 1, 2, 5, 9, and 10 listed in the List of Crimes.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
3. Around December 8, 2014, the Defendant, who was in possession of the victim I of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H Apartment apartment house 163 Dong 2801, and then was extracted from Nos. 1, which is a deadly weapon (one name omitted, 63 cm in length) and then intruded into the cres of the front door after putting it in a cres of the front door.
After that, the defendant had 850 knife 1,00 won in total, 20,000 won in the market value, one roller knife, one knife, one knife knife knife, one knife knife knife knife knife knife.
From around that time to February 18, 2015, the Defendant stolen property worth at least 116,37,00 won at the market price owned by the victims from Japan within Seoul Special Metropolitan City on seven occasions, as described in paragraphs 3, 4, 6 through 8, 11, and 12 of the [Attachment] List of Crimes Nos. 3, 6 through 12.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property by carrying a deadly weapon.
4. On February 18, 2015, the Defendant is at night at the victim K’s residence of Songpa-gu Seoul J apartment 131 Dong 3002 around February 18, 2015.
